All Women's Day: 2005 - 2006

The third All Women's Day took place in Greenock Town Hall. Over 500 women turned up to receive information on support services and have some fun with their fellow Inverclyde sisters. This was the first year of the 'Inverclyde Woman of the Year' competition, which was won by Margaret Barrie, who had given years of service to supporting people with autism and their families. This competition was the brainchild of Kelly Johnson of Inverclyde Community Development Trust and was supported by the Greenock Telegraph.
